Fulfillment & Processing Times Every order undergoes a standard processing period of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following the receipt of your order confirmation email. Once your package is handed over to the postal carrier, we will dispatch a shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking number.

2. Delivery Costs & Free Shipping Qualifications

  • Standard Delivery: For purchases that do not meet our free shipping threshold, a standard flat-rate fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
  • Complimentary Shipping: We proudly offer completely free standard shipping on all orders totaling over $45.98.

3. Delivery Timeframes To ensure efficient fulfillment and high product availability, we dispatch our merchandise from carefully selected regional fulfillment centers. Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, & Europe: 7 to 15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, & Asia: 8 to 15 business days

4. Tracking Your Package As soon as your items are shipped, an email with your unique tracking number will be routed to your inbox. You may monitor the status of your delivery directly on our storefront or via the shipping courier's official website. Please allow the tracking system up to 48 hours to display updated scanning events.

5. International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Nvugdsuyh does not cover or assume responsibility for any cross-border customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Any extra financial charges levied during or after the shipping process (such as tariffs or import taxes) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Policies on Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels Delivering an exceptional customer experience is our primary goal.

  • Items Damaged in Transit: Should your merchandise arrive defective or damaged, please reach out to us at support@nvugdsuyh.com with photographic evidence within 72 hours of receiving the parcel. We will immediately coordinate a full refund or send a complimentary replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Missing or Stolen Deliveries: Nvugdsuyh cannot accept liability for packages that vanish after the courier has officially marked the tracking status as "Delivered." If your tracking details confirm delivery but the package is nowhere to be found, we advise checking your surrounding property, asking neighbors, or filing a direct claim with the delivery service immediately. We will gladly supply any necessary shipping documentation to help you pursue your claim.
